Full description of the tour
In the past, Prague was divided into five cities, including Nove Mesto, the New Town, which was the backdrop to the history of the Czech Republic from the period of Emperor Charles IV, up to the Prague Spring and the birth of the Republic.
During the tour you will have the opportunity to hear the story of characters such as Wenceslaus, from which one of the most famous squares in Prague takes its name, Charles IV, Dubcek, Jan Palach and Havel, to pass through a real architectural gallery, which ranges from gothic to cubism to deconstructivism of the dancing house and you will admire splendid views of the city while walking along the riverside.
Through streets, passages, galleries and courtyards, you will discover the best known and even the least touristic places of the city founded by Charles IV, today, like yesterday, a pulsating part of Prague. During the tour you will also receive information about the current life of the city and the habits of the Prague people and you will have all the necessary tips to use in the following days of your stay in Prague.
